A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a PA based within the Public Sector in the Southend-on-Sea area. If you are polished and professional then this is the career move of a lifetime for you!
The Role:
The main purpose of this PA role will be to provide high-level support to two Directors. You will be proactively managing constantly changing diaries, anticipating and acting upon potential problems before they arise, arranging complex travel arrangements, attending meetings at Board and Executive Level, creating/preparing presentations both for internal and external meetings and administrative duties as required.
Who we're looking for:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced PA able to carry out multiple projects simultaneously, be able to prioritise workload and work well when under pressure and keep to deadlines. As an PA you will also have confidence and professionalism, and the ability to form strong networks within the company and wider industry. You will have excellent IT skills and the ability to take minutes at Board Meetings and Grievance Hearings.
