Job Description:
This role will report to the Corporate Planning Executive and will be responsible for managing the product review project.
Specific accountabilities will include:
• Managing the project according to best practice methodology. This would include but not necessarily be limited to planning, reporting, managing stakeholders, risk & issue management, resource requirements, change control, quality assurance and the relevant associated documentation.
• Managing workstreams led by SMEs and complete bespoke areas of work where needed
Skills /Competency:
• Understanding of regulatory environment specifically TCF requirements
• Good knowledge of general insurance and the insurance industry
• Demonstrated project management skills, including use of project management processes and tools (e.g. MS Project, Risk Management, WBS)
• Planning and Organisation – structured planning, organises time effectively
• Building relationships - proactively builds and maintains internal and external relationships to facilitate the achievement of work goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Presentation skills – confidence to present formally to internal and external audiences
• Proactive, resourceful and shows passion and high energy
