Sales Executive

Salary: £24,000 to £30,000 OTE £40,000 to £45,000 + Car Allowance

Company Profile

Established for around 20yrs and now operating in over 100 locations globally and employing over 1000 people. They are in the document destruction market and are responsible for over 10% of the worlds recycled paper. They provide a on site destruction service on a contractual basis

The Role

This is a field based role selling to SME’s and corporate clients on a contractual basis. You will sell to facilities managers, office managers, financial directors, procurement managers etc.
You will be targeted to cover between 12 and 15 appointments per week by way of telesales appointments made from the office x1 day per week as well as cold calling in the field. This is an activity based role as the market is huge and in many cases a 1 appointment – close scenario.

The Candidate

 You will have previous field sales experience and be able to demonstrate previous success.
 You will have high energy levels and be happy to cold call both on the phone and in the field.
 You will be a team player and ambitious and the company is active in developing and promoting their own people.
 You will need to live within 1hr of your regional office. This role is right for someone with previous filed sales experience and training or for a younger candidate in their 2nd / 3rd job looking to earn £45000 per annum.
 You will get all the support and training required and have a reduced target/ guarantee on your bonuses for up to 6 months.
