Services Manager / Deputy Head of Facilities & Estates – Ref SMT 15
£33,950 - £38,258 (Depending on skills and experience)
Full-time, 37 hours per week plus a share in the out-of-hours emergency call out rota.

We are looking for an experienced individual to manage the efficient running of the Facilities and Estates Department Service Contracts including Catering, Cleaning, Reprographics, Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance etc. The role involves line management of staff and contractors, the preparation & management of the department’s budgets, deputising for the Head of Facilities and Estates and production of Management Reports so experience in these areas, as well as the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, is essential.

You are required to hold NVQ Level 4 or the equivalent in a relevant discipline and must also be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
