    We have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Credit Control Manager to join our expanding Colchester client.

    Our expanding client is seeking an experienced credit control manager to head up an existing credit control department of 9 credit control staff so management or team leader experience is essential for the role.

    You will be over viewing and assisting the team with the collection of predominantly low value debtors.

    You will be targeting your team on debt recouped and ensure that the telephone chasing they carry out is consistent and organised structure.

    Skills & attributes required for the role:

    Excellent people management skills
    Team player
    Ability to drive and motivate a team to produce maximum results and reach agreed targets set by YOU!!!!
    Ability to train and mentor staff in a competitive fast moving environment

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track in credit control and people management.

    Working knowledge of SAGE is advantageous
