    A dynamic and committed Operations Manager is required by my very busy client to co-ordinate work and projects between businesses and be very involved in the day to day running of all elements of this organisations. Based in a rural location, you must be dedicated, reliable, trustworthy and be very well organised. You must be very IT minded as one of the first projects will be to understand the current manual processes in place and research and find the best IT solution for this problem and then see the project through to customisation, implementation and staff training. You must be quick to learn, dynamic in your way of thinkig and be analytical. This is a new role and is therefore a fantastic opportunity to mould the role around your skills and experience. To succeed in this diverse and varied role, you must be highly professional with good all round skills with excellent business acumen and any bookkeeping knowledge would be ideal, especially knowledge of Sage.
