HR Projects Officer
Romford, Essex
£35,000 - £45,000
My client is a global Insurance company, who are currently looking for an experienced Human Resources and Projects professional to join them on an ongoing basis. This position is based in fantastic offices which are within walking distance of Romford Train Station
As HR Projects Officer you will need excellent technical human resources knowledge (CIPD qualification preferred but not essential), you will be required to liaise with their background checking provider (Verifile) and review information that is received back to determine whether the appropriate checks have been received and are clear. This will involve looking at references, criminal records checks and financial checks.
The person must be confident in speaking directly to managers and employees to resolve issues that are identified and make recommendations on suitability for employment.
There will be a requirement to track information on Excel, so experience in this area is essential.
Whilst concentrating on one specific area of HR, this is a varied role, involving communications both over the telephone and face to face, process review and improvement, information analysis and data logging.
My client is keen to appoint someone as soon as possible so applicants should be free to start either straight away or within 1 week.
