Our client is looking for an Electronic Engineer. You will be involved in concept generation, analysis and development of system architectures, and analogue, digital & power electronics design. Initially, this position involves taking roles within development projects with exposure to all aspects of development from contract negotiation to final delivery. There are opportunities for this role to develop rapidly into management of projects, including having full responsibility for delivery to our clients. You will have an excellent first degree in electronic engineering or a related discipline and a genuine passion for electronics, and engineering in general. You should have some post graduate relevant industrial experience along with strong technical skills, with key strengths in digital and analogue electronics design. In addition, any experience of the following will also be beneficial: Power electronics design, control engineering, an ability to apply Matlab / Simulink as a design and simulation tool, micro controller systems design and embedded control systems and embedded software design & implementation. A post-graduate qualification with a high level of practical experience would also be advantageous.
