    We have a new opportunity to become a member of the team of our expanding Witham based client as a Purchase ledger Clerk

    The role& responsibilities:
    Record purchase invoices then distribute them to signatories for sign off

    Assist administrator with month end processing, including producing excel document summerising the remarketing invoices and advice notes

    Raise purchase orders as and when required

    liaise with suppliers to ensure payments are made and invoices are received in a timely manner

    Responsible for raising spreadsheet detailing payments to be made to all supplier, expenses and all other payments

    Chase employee expense forms and then entering them onto Sage

    ensuring that supplier accounts are matched off weekly

    Ad Hoc project work for assistant financial controller, as well as assisting other members of accounts team

    Skills required for this role:

    Practical knowledge of Sage accounting software an advantage, primarily sales and purchase ledger

    Good interpersonal communication skills

    Computer literate in use of spreadsheets Excel and e-mail Outlook
