A new opportunity has risen with our expanding Witham based client to join there customer services team as a customer service advisor.
The Role :
comprehensively understand the companies extensive product range and proactively maximise all sales opportunities, by cross and up selling.
work to achieve pre-agrees sales and growth targets
undertake continuous product training internally and externally
process all leads , catalogues and sample requests from marketing campaigns
participate in specific projects and proactive activities as required and directed
the preparation and follow up of sales and quotations from enquiries
ensure all daily targets are completed
Personal Attributes required:
effective communicator both orally and in writing
ability to develop commercial awareness
creative problem solving skills
team player , willing to adapt to new challenges
excellent attention to detail and accurate keyboard skills
enthusiastic attitude and quick learner
1 years experience in a similar role is essential
